## How it works (the four steps)

1. **Plan** — the client describes the work in plain terms (no account needed to
   start); ScopeHub shapes a rough idea into a proper brief.
2. **Scope** — a structured review period clarifies the job through Q&A with
   tradespeople; no quotes and no money move during review; the scope is then
   **frozen** (locked).
3. **Procure** — only verified tradespeople (licence, insurance and identity
   checked; Site Safe and certifications recorded and expiry-tracked) submit
   quotes, all against the identical frozen scope, compared side by side.
4. **Deliver** — work is done against the frozen scope; the client confirms
   completion; the tradesperson is rated on quality, cost accuracy, schedule and
   communication, building a public "would-rehire" score. Only clients who hired
   through ScopeHub can rate, so reviews are authenticated.

  creep), a public profile with verified credentials and authenticated reviews,
  and client contact unlocked the moment a quote is accepted.

## Pricing (NZD, exclusive of GST, month-to-month, no lock-in)

- **Schools & property offices:** NZ$997 per month + NZ$2,479 one-time onboarding
  (data migration, site/asset setup, board & staff training, onboarding of
  incumbent tradespeople).
- **Tradespeople:** NZ$97 per month + NZ$147 one-time onboarding (credential
  verification, profile setup). **0% commission** — tradespeople keep 100% of
  every quote.
